How old is this satellite data?

We use publicly available satellite datasets that are typically one to five years old.

When will you have X location available?

Great question! We are gradually expanding the range of locations depicted in our images. While we try to cover areas that are popular, uniquely interesting, or unusual, the Earth is a big place, and there will be areas we have overlooked. As such, we gladly take requests, but cannot guarantee that we will be able to include such ideas in our catalog. Thank you for understanding!


What printing options are available?

For each image, we have five different sizes and seven different printing styles available. For more detail, please see our Printing Options page.


How long will it take for me to receive my order?

All prints are made-to-order, so we will only print once we receive your specific requirements. Nonetheless, we work to print and ship your order as quickly as possible. Typically, orders will ship no later than 5 business days from the day your order was placed. As soon as it ships, we will provide tracking information to you via email or SMS. Generally speaking, you will receive your print 6-10 business days from when your order was placed.

How is shipping handled? Where do you ship to?

We provide free shipping on all orders in the US. Shipping and delivery are handled by FedEx Ground. Our printing partner will create custom packaging to ensure that your order is well protected and arrives at your location without any damage.

At the moment, we only ship to addresses in the USA (excluding APO boxes). We apologize that we do not support delivery to international addresses at this time. Nonetheless, we are actively exploring ways to safely ship internationally. 

Is it possible to receive a refund?

Yes, it is possible to receive a refund. Please see our Refund Policy page for details.

Is it possible to alter or cancel my order?

Once your order is placed, we will begin working on your order often the same day. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours. If we have not produced any part of your order by the time that we receive your message, we will cancel your order and refund the full amount to your credit card. If any part of our order has been produced a restocking fee will be charged to your card. The restocking fee is a 20% fee of the portion of your order that has been printed.


Do you handle custom requests? For example, custom locations, custom filters, bulk orders, or corporate orders?

We will consider custom requests on a case-by-case basis. If we can create and fulfill your request, we will let you know.
